Construction

After the frame is made Polystyrene or Polyurethane is used, then 10mm plywood is secured over the top, after this process the Fibreglass and Flowcoats are applied.

For Chillers 50mm to 75mm polystyrene is used to keep your products at the correct temperture

For Freezers 75mm to 100mm Polyurethane to keep your frozen goods frozen even on the hottest days.
